Overview
NewTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our service, you may notify our copyright agent as set forth in the DMCA.
Required Information for DMCA Notices
To file a copyright infringement notification with us, you will need to send a written communication that includes substantially the following information:

- A person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed
- Description of the Copyrighted Work:

- Provide the exact URL(s) where the infringing material is located on our service
- Include specific page links and any relevant identifiers
- Contact Information:
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
- Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
- Statement of Accuracy:
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate
- A statement that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

🚨 False Claims Warning
You should be aware that, under the DMCA, claimants who make misrepresentations concerning copyright infringement may be liable for damages incurred as a result of the removal or blocking of the material, court costs, and attorneys fees.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake
- Your consent to local federal court jurisdiction
